Walking Towards Tomorrow > Life and Times: April 2, 2010..

Spring Break is usually associated with wild parties and senseless fun free from the worries of school, work…basically life.  A chance for the hard working student to take a load off, take a “break”, and gear him/herself up for the second half of the semester (and in my case, the end of my college career).  However, In my case things have been nothing of the sort.  Yes I’ve taken the time to actually go out and have some fun, but with the impending thesis exhibition, anticipation around VS issue 3, and all the while maintaining good grades throughout my other classes have been weighing on mind heavily since the commencement of school.  This is how I feel….
Took this picture at my friends apartment early one morning this week.  Thinking about what we all think about…our future.  How to mold it, how to make what we want of it by taking the appropriate steps today.  I saw this quote on another blog and thought it best to share it with you.

This is how I feel….

yo ur getting too personal with your blog man, if you want to take it in that direction fine but right now i’m telling you you should stick to popular urban culture and introduce ppl to new thigs that they’ll be interested in or you’re going to lose all your readers

i can totally agree with your thoughts and how u feel, as a recent graduate i thought i knew wat i wanted and how to get it and was wiling to learn along the way,and was sure things wud take off sooner than later, but as time has progressed the world has definitely thrown its share of daggers my way. what i want isnt so clear anymore but i kno that i have to continue working towards something, wether its my ideal dream or something that will keep me safe (stable). with a lot of free time on my hand ive definitely slacked more than i expected of myself, you can say ive been on spring break way too long and am eager for class to b in session again. as i read ur post i noticed that i havent been writing much for myself and i definitely need to take a hold of things b4 its too late. b4 school was wat i committed myself too, now i have to apply that same work ethic to myself and the things i love. for later to b less shade….
